Privacy Policy

I operate Aptlogos as the DBA (in Missouri: Fictitious Name) of Dalton Ponder LLC and as the umbrella for the consumer apps I am building. I operate this website from the United States and use it to share progress on those apps.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I receive the name and email address you submit. The newsletter is single opt-in, with no separate confirmation step.

If you use the contact form, I receive the information in your message, including your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message.

I use submitted information to send newsletter updates, answer contact messages, operate the website, protect forms from abuse, and understand site usage.

I do not sell your personal information.

This site uses Rybbit, a cookieless analytics service, to understand how the site is used. Rybbit does not use cookies and does not collect personal information, so no analytics consent choice is needed.

I use service providers to host the website, protect form submissions, deliver newsletter messages, and provide analytics. They receive only the information needed for those purposes and are expected to protect it.

I keep information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected or as required by law. I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no internet transmission is completely secure.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].

This policy covers information collected through aptlogos.com.

If an Aptlogos app opens this website, this policy covers that visit.
