Aptlogos Subs Privacy Policy

I operate Aptlogos as the DBA (in Missouri: Fictitious Name) of Dalton Ponder LLC and as the umbrella for the consumer apps I am building. Aptlogos Subs is one of those apps. I operate from the United States.

This policy covers Aptlogos Subs, including the free version and the paid version. It does not cover aptlogos.com, Aptlogos Thought, or Aptlogos Keep.

Subs is in development. There is not a public app or store listing yet. This is the policy that applies when Subs is submitted to the stores.

Website Privacy Policy

The free version does not use an Aptlogos account. Subscriptions, amounts, and related entries stay on your device.

The paid version uses an Aptlogos account. You may sync to infrastructure I operate, or point Subs at an S3-compatible bucket you configure.

If you use hosted sync, I receive the account information needed to sign in and the subscription data you choose to sync. I use that information to provide sync.

I do not sell that information.

If you point Subs at your own S3-compatible storage, I do not host, access, monitor, or back up that storage. Access control, encryption, retention, and availability are yours.

This policy cannot promise protection for storage I do not operate.

There is no bank login, no bank connection, and no access to your bank account in Subs.

A name or description you type may include bank-related words if you put them there.

Apple and Google may receive crash reports through the operating system and their store consoles.

The app can recognize that a crash occurred. You may choose to email a report through a prefilled template to an Aptlogos address shown in the app. I do not send that mail unless you send it.

A Support control may appear in Subs. It opens a page on aptlogos.com. I do not process the support payment inside the app.

The website privacy policy covers that visit.

If you use the paid version, Apple or Google process the payment. I do not receive full card numbers.

Subs does not include ads, in-app analytics, or third-party attribution or advertising software.

I do not sell your personal information.

Aptlogos Subs is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

I may update this policy as Subs changes. The effective date on this page is the current version.
