Aptlogos Subs Terms of Use

I operate Aptlogos as the DBA (in Missouri: Fictitious Name) of Dalton Ponder LLC and as the umbrella for the consumer apps I am building. Aptlogos Subs is one of those apps. I operate from the United States.

These terms cover Aptlogos Subs, including the free version and the paid version. They do not cover aptlogos.com, Aptlogos Thought, or Aptlogos Keep.

Subs is in development. There is not a public app or store listing yet. These are the terms that apply when Subs is submitted to the stores.

I may update the terms as the app changes. The effective date on the page is the current version.

Aptlogos Subs Privacy Policy

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aptlogos Subs on devices you own or control.

The free version does not use an Aptlogos account. Subscriptions, amounts, and related entries stay on your device.

The paid version uses an Aptlogos account.

This license does not let you copy, reverse engineer, resell, or present the app as your own.

If you use the paid version, Apple or Google process the payment. I do not receive full card numbers.

Refunds and billing questions for a store purchase go through Apple or Google.

Do not use Subs to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that harms other people.

I own the Aptlogos name, Subs, and original materials in the app, except where they belong to their respective owners.

Subs is provided as available without warranties of any kind. I do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of Subs.
